Please help

Would really like to book a table or two for the December Hamm show. I have tried emailing but have not got any reply.

Can anyone tell me how to get a form that I can complete and then either send over or fax over to the correct people. I have tried reading the site but my german is non existant.

Does anyone know if I completed the form, and gave it to someone to take to the next show, if that would work. Am running out of ideas and thought that someone on here might be able to help me.

I look forward to hearing any suggestions.
