Has anyone else not recieved refunds from Coach to the Show?
Hello,
I'm just wondering if anyone else is in my situation... I cancelled my booking for 2 seats to Hamm back in July, and was told that my seats had been allocated to someone else. However I've still not recieved my refund, despite numerous polite emails to Coach to the show, asking when it will be sent. Most of these did not get a reply and when they did I was told it would arrive in the week of Sept 13th, but this didn't happen.
It's now been past the 7 days after the trip, which, as it states in the terms and conditions is when all refunds should be paid by.
Just wondering if anybody else is in the same boat, as if nothing arrives, I will have to take matters further.
