I've always been advised to buy from the bigger more established breeders - especially if your going for 'het for...' As they cannot afford to lose the reputation they've built up over years of doing shows.

Bought one about 2 weeks ago from Scott Wilkinson a male for £500 have a look he’s got a reptile forum (Captive bred) with an available page and will deliver TNT for £30. Don’t real no anyone who bought one at a show at least not in this country.

They are not going to be any cheaper at shows than from private breeders at other times really, they will sell fine at standard market prices any where any day.

The price you get will be the price the individual wants to sell at.
Someone might want to shift one for £300. I saw another member being told off by another member here for devaluing the market for a particular snake by selling it at a VERY low price. This was unfair as a breeder has the perogative to sell at whatever price they see fit. So, keep your eyes open, bargains can be had.
