Update for everyone:
We have quite a few people on board now busy arranging banners, posters, day staff etc. i am off to see the venue in the next week or so to look at electrical points etc. The main website will be up in a few days, just making sure it has all the details. As mentioned before we have a shopping cart all ready for taking orders for tables which is SSL secured for the comfort of the exhibitors., we have about 5 sold already. Were looking for the someone who can make decent banner to donate to the first show to go above the entrance. Will be calling stroud council again tomorrow to go through final checks but on the show front were all ready even if it is 12 months away. Thanks to everyone who is helping out. We will have a table ourselves i expect, hoping to have super snows, bell albino's, enigmas and patternless babies to name a few.

We are now all set up and ready to go, we have a choice of venues depending on the amount of tables.
we have 7 tables booked for next year now  And have added a google maps to the site that you can move around to see how far we are from the M5
