Travelling with a Corn Snake in Europe

Hello,

This is my first post here, yay

I am due move to Sweden for a year and would really like to take my corn snake with me.
I couldn't find her CITIES lists, so I'm guessing she's not covered there.

I will be taking the Eurostar to Belgium and then proceed to Cologne (germany) and then train to Copenhagen - to be finished with train to Sweden...

Does anyone know of any restrictions or requirements for taking my corn on this journey with me. Or, does anyone know a courier service that could bring her to sweden?

She's 4 years old and a hypo melanistic morph - very friendly and curious

Please help, there seems to be no proper sites that can tell me the requirements when travelling with my snake.
