Default Red Eared Terrapins [Notts]

A friend has mentioned to me that she has 2 red eared sliders that need a new home.

They belong to her Aunt rather than her, but I said I would give her a hand finding them a new home...

All I know at the moment is:
  • There's 2 of them
  • They are called Raphael and Donatello
  • They come with complete setup, including tank, UV etc
  • They are free to good home (I will be careful who I let them go to!)

I said I'd give her a hand, as I don't want them to just go to someone looking to sell them straight on.

I don't have any pictures at the moment, or know the size of them or the setup, but I am working on it...

Please PM me if you are interested, and I will pass contact details on.

I say again... These are NOT my turtles. I haven't seen them yet, I'm just doing a favour for a friend!

I only posted before I had the info to see if there was any preliminary interest.

If no interest, I will tell her other places to advertise.

She wants them to go as pets, and be looked after as pets, which is why I haven't asked 'rescues' to take them in.

If all else fails, I'll keep them here til I find a pet home for them.

well.....not sure what you mean by pets.

i know i would rather have mine outside in a large pond, doing what they like doing best, than in a living room tank with people going couchy coo etc in a few foot tank. etc
