Adult female, 47 years old, 25 cm Straight Carapace Length (SCL) - £1000
She is fed a standard grazing diet of grass, clover and other green-leaved weeds and wildflowers. Food is supplemented regularly with grated cuttlefish bone and Nutrobal. She is currently housed outdoors in a fully-insulated shelter with a heat lamp. She will need plenty of room for exercise in an appropriate outdoor setting with emergency indoor and over-wintering accommodation if necessary. Extra UVB light is required outdoors as Furachelysis Whitei is a North African species of tortoise related to the Egyptian tortoise F. nabulensis, where the sun is much more intense throughout the year than in the UK. A thorough knowledge of hibernation requirements is essential.

Photographic evidence of correct set-up preferred, no offers accepted. These are reasonable prices for healthy, happy tortoises. ok try again... my last post was removed. i mearly posted asking what the above post meant and was met by a rude reply from the mod telling me to not post unless i was interested in the animal for sale. I was interested but wanted to understand who the last post was aimed at so i could be sure that nothing was amiss before i contacted the seller to discuss the tortoise.
