red footed tortoises

hiya i have 3 red footed tortoises 2 are about 6-7 years old and one is older. does any body know if it is hard for them to breed?

I belive it just as hard as it is to breed any tortoises.
I always get my Hermanns and horsfelds to mate but no eggs have yet to be produced.
Patience is the key i think.

Hi blondesarah, I would agree with Emma Louisa, I think any sub-species Tortoise is difficult to breed successfully, there are so many elements to get right, I should know, it has took me 5 years to have success with my hermanns (check out my photos of Hermanns hatching recently, under Pictures, then Others) but be patient, it will happen in the end...T.T.
