Baby tortoise care

Hello,

Me and my partner are getting a Horsfield tortoise but before we buy him or her we want to ensure we have the correct set-up.

We already have an adult Greek Spur-thighed tortoise so are familiar with tortoise care but we intend to buy an infant Horsefield. As our Spur-thighed tortoise (Freda) was already 30 years old when we got her we have never looked after a baby tortoise before.
Can anyone suggest a good care sheet for INFANT Horsefields? We really want to know about what substrate to use on the tortoise table and what’s the best policy with hibernation of infants.
