Is that cabbage Sheldon is eating in 2 of those pics? If so, I avoid feeding him that as it can prevent teh body absorbing calcium properly.

Hi lovely tortoise what kind is he?

Just a couple things I have noticed,the substrate looks very sandy and as said above you shouldn't be feeding cabbage.
