That's great news about him eating

Is there any way they'd let you keep him? It would be so sad for him to go back to not being cared for. Does he really live under the stairs?

Awww... Its good that he's eaten but its a shame for him with his owners coming back.

Couldn't you offer to let him lodge permanently?

just remembered that's where yours sleep too.

I just had visions of this poor tort being stuck in a dark cupboard day in day out and never let outside.

:notwo rthy:well done you this is brilliant you reli need to be having words about keeping him he needs to be outdoors on sunny days sounds like he has trust in you and this is brilliant any new tort takes a while to settle but he seems to be making speedy progress,

just tell the owners he isnt going home lol refuse to give him back you could provide a much better home than they could poor thing locked under the stairs day and nght not going out, in a box bless,

nothing wrong with keepin tort under stairs ,just the way they are keeping him in a cold box that awfull

Oooh I feel creeped out by a tort in a cold box under the stairs, I am sure it's not as bad as it sounds, no one could be that mean..I'm sure he has a good bed and kept there for safety...isn't he ?? Agree with the others..offer him a home!!

no he seriously lives under the stairs in a cardboard box with a towel as substrate they've had him decades and hes always been fine so apparently dont need to change it he's still going for it today on top of his mountain of weeds he's made crop circles in the lawn having only 3 legs he does rotate quite well!
