Default Tortoises skin!!!

Do tortoises occasionally shed a little bit of the skin, obviously not as drastically as snakes but a little bit of flaky skin??????

Hey i think they shred little bits all the time or something similar but never all at once but they do do it. When i first got mine his neck was quite flakey, i got worried but i was told it was just them shredding

They do flake off their skin- they don't shed it in one like snakes do. Sometimes when a large piece of skin falls off they look like they have two chins

Yesss. dont worry and dont pick. A nice warm bath will loosen it up if necessary.
