thats great thanks i used to live in Acocks Green so i know the area well, but if any knows of any good tortoise vets in the black country area please let me know, i was told Manor Vets on the Hagley Road any one know if thy are any good with tortoises?

I personally have had problems with Manor vets and would not recommend manor vets as they are way over priced and dont care much for tort, I found the best vet to be this guy called roy earle who is based in Sollihull 01217331439.

my tortie was treated by manor vets, i thought they were brill. sorry to hear you has probs but good news you got a good vets

Anyone know of a good tort vet near Guildford, Surrey? New to the area and don't have a car... still having trouble figuring out whats close and whats far in the rest of England. hah.

Hi,

I am new to this forum, we have used John Chitty in Andover as our tortoise vet for several years now. John is dedicated to exotic pets and is a tortoise keeper himself. He is excellent with tortoises, we were referred to him when our spur thighed tort was poorly sick and our vet at the time didn't feel he was up to the job. He did some research and found John for us. John has just left the practice at Strathmore Clinic in Andover and started a new vetinary service dedicated to exotic pets.
