Arrow VETS - Recommended Tortoise Vets

I was loathe to start another sticky thread in Shelled, as there are already 9 of them, but as it's almost every other week someone asks for a recommendation for a vet with tortoise knowledge I thought it would be a very worthwhile sticky.

Please add any names, addresses, telephone numbers you wish and after a month or so I will sort them into areas and make that the first post on the thread. I'll leave it open though after that for users to add to as they wish and keep updating them by area.

NO links to other vet lists though please... just names of ones you can personally recommend.
