Default poo !

Hi there - Our young Hermann is just under 2 years old....
She generally poos every time she goes in the bath !!

You will soon know when it happens - a nice poo bullet in the water !!!
How often do you bath the tort ?? Warm water ??

I'm not all knowing or anything on this, but I'm sure you'll be clearing one up sooner rather than later !!!!

Tortoises eat their own crap so he/she could have dropped one out when you wasnt watching and gobbled it up.

Sick i know but it does happen

try bath him every day for 20 minutes in warm water, to keep him hydrated and to try and encourage his bowels to flow. one of my torts has a crap in the water and the other one doesnt, tends to wait til hes back in his enclosure.

Im not sure if there might be anything else wrong with him. more experienced keepers of torts will probably post here and let you know what they think. What does his pee look like, creamy white urates?
