advice on cacium needed ?????

hi all

i just got my first lot of calcium today from SW, i got some limestone flour and some cuttlefish bones, i just need advise on when to give it to my tort? do i put a piece of cuttlefish bone in his table and also sprinkle the floure on his food? or one at a time? and how much flour do i use and how often??? i really need to know

stick a bit of cuttlefish on his table. i dust their food everyday with a small sprinkle covering the top of the food.
someone suggested using a pepper pot shaker to dust as this gives a nice even amount.
