Default Torts and rose bush

hey guys where im plannin to build my tort pen there is a big rose been there 10 years would it be ok to have this in the enclosure...

if the leaves or petals fall off will it harm the tortoise if he eats them...

i can dig it up and put in pot but dont really want to.

The petals are fine (they're a good part of their diet) but as far as I'm aware the leaves shouldn't be fed.

ok kool thanx i was just worried in case one fell off and he ate it befor i had chance to remove it.

also wat will be good hardy bush to put in there that if he nibbles them wont do him ne harm

Hebes are good as they're okay if the tort nibbles on them and they provide good shade, perennial geraniums provide good cover as well and the leaves and flowers can be eaten. These lists will give you some ideas for planting up the enclosure and tell you what's edible....
