Default Golden Greek Tortoise vomitted blood + worm. Help!

I'm panicking badly right now guys please help me! I was at my computer when I heard my Golden Greek Tortoise make a noise (originally sounded like he was going poo). So I went to go scoop it up and I saw a worm trapped under neath a pool of blood trying to escape. I got some toilet paper and immediately grabbed the asshole and flushed him down my toilet (pardon my french, but Parasitism pisses me off). After that I took him to my bathroom and cleaned the blood from his mouth and rubbed some warm water over him. Removed ALL of the sand from the lower level of his pen and that is where I am currently.

There is NO reptile doctors in my area and it's 2:30 AM... I have no idea what to do now!

I got one mapped out for the morning in the neighboring city. Pray for me that they are open on the weekends!

A tortoise vomiting is a serious thing, they rarely vomit and when they do they need vetinary attention ASAP. This is going to sound completely daft.. but are you sure he vomited the blood and the worm? Is it not possible he passed the worm, and then ate it- Hence the blood?

Default Sick Tort

It might be something to do with your Pic
Your Tort is right next to a beared dragon

Do you keep them in the same tank?

What a shame you did not save the worm, it would have helped the vet to decide on what treatment was necessary - can you describe it at all?

Hopefully they are not kept together but if so then, yes this could have serious consequences
A vet needs to be seen ASAP

1) yes he threw it up, there was still blood on his lips
2) the worm was white, 1 inch and the width of a hair
3) Zeus lives in a two story 4x2 (lower deck) & 4x1,5 (upperdeck). My beardie lives across the room in a 4x2 fiber glass/wood enclosure I made. And they've only seen each other once and that was a year ago in my sig.
4) he's got an appointment in 1 hour. Wish him luck guys, please!
