Hi!

He said he is putting him under a mega ray 100w lamp to speed up his metabolism and hopefully he will excrete the stones, he warned me that it will hurt him though. He doesnt want to operate because he is so underweight. So i just got wait and see if the heat lamp helps. After this he is then going to worm him Finger crossed now!!!

Poor little guy .... and poor you with the vet bill! You should speak to the shop owner and insist on help with the bill or at the very least a refund on the cost of the tort to put toward the bill. Also advice to him about husbandry to avoid this again with other torts in the shop!

I know i feel so sorry for my tort, i feel like a bad mum too because i left it so long thinkin he would pick up. Yer, im definately going back to the shop where i got him from, i want to buy all the torts from there so they wont suffer no more!
