tortoise sizes

Hi we'relooking for some tortoises that don't get too big. Have looked at herman, horsfield already. Have just found some spurthigh tortoises, does anyone know how big they'd get?

my 2 spurs are both around 2300grams and I'd say are fairly big at least to big for the house, hermans are smaller so are horsfeilds but they all need a good sized tort table and preferably outside access during the summer.
