Spinach

I just been shopping for some bits for dinner andI have a load of spinach I won't be using. Do tortoises eat it and is it safe for them?

Im sure someone will clarify more but I do believe spinach is listed as a bad food on many sites, the other vitamins it contains offset the fact that it’s high in oxalates.

I would not give it - dark green veg is not recoomended for the oxalate content.

So I shouldn't expect a Popeye style reaction then. Shame - the only bag size I could get would last a whole year if it didn't go off.
