hermanns tortoise for sale?

hello i am wondering if anyone has a hermanns for sale within the london area - i am asking on behalf of a friend who i went to animal college with. i have my own tortoises but ive only got leopards and sulcatas.

would be very grateful for any help!

One of them is bound to have babies in that area! Does your friend have the provisions to make an outdoor enclosure? This is the main consideration at this time of year.
