well as i am off work most of the day and following advice on here i have put him outside as for once the sun is shining, even fed his breakfast in the big guienea oig cage hes in ( safe from the cats.birds etc,

have set it up with top soil, a hide and water dish and a few big stones, yet he seems far from happy, infact he is in a corner asleep or sulking lol, not eaten yet either, he has been out but later on in the day for an hour, this time i plan on keeping him out until i go to work- about 1pm, then he will be out all weekend as hubby off from tomor

He will ajust once he has got used to being outside. You should see a positive change in him, as most tortoises prefer to be outside. As long as he has shelter (frome extreme sun, if we get any) he will be fine.

Awww bless him he's having a sulk am sure he'll be fine once he gets into his new routine
