You wont be able to sell such a cheaply and widely available turtle. Why not just give it to a rescue where it can be looked after properly rather than trying to make money from your friends animal?

I feel sorry for this poor turtle who I presume is still stuck in a tub with no filter or heat right? I can't believe your friend is actually trying to get money for the poor creature who is only worth a few quid and yet saving his life would be priceless....

I know I have been trying to get this turtle off him for over a month now its doing my head in I hope when it comes to the crunch he will actually give me the turtle and not make any more excuses, is there any one I could contact that would go down and see the state of the animal and even take it off him like a specialised turtle rescue place not sure the RSPCA would don anything.

the turtle was this size a month ago and it has no lighting or filter so doubt it got much bigger.
