Default Indoor enclosures for larger torts

Does anyone have any pics of indoor enclosures for leopards ? I have two leopards and want to design a great indoor enclosure which will last for several years.Have looked at the pics people have posted so far but they are for smaller torts

I have a huge outdoor area and am quite pleased with it but wonder why they prefer hay and orchid bark to 50/50 mix soil and sand. I have given them a choice . They are always on the bark or under the hay in the indoor section of the outdoor pen and never on the soil/sand area. They love eating Sedum, plantain and dandelions ( top 3).I have planted a Fatsia japonica and that seems to be a good shade plant which they nibble.

How much inside space can you give them? Would be wicked if you had a decent sized spare room that you could convert for them. Or a conservatory? If not, you could always get a big shed and kit it up to essentially be another room to your house, and you could have them in there.

Most leopard keepers use an insulated, heated shed when their tortoises get too large to keep indoors. As the average house in the UK is not big enough to keep them in.

That is my plan for when they get bigger but for now they they are indoors at night as they are still small enough. I just need someone to build a better indoor pen who knows about torts

Just because they are small it doesn't mean they can't go in an insulated shed now. If you are going to have them in a tort table during the night or wet days then it needs to be the same as a tort table for other species.... Only LOTS bigger!

Are both areas lit the same and with similar temps. It could be that if your lamps are over the bark then that is why they choose it. I would be wary of letting them nibble too much fatsia and do make sure it IS fatsia and not castor oil plant which is deadly. Not insulting your intelligence but it's an easy mistake to make.
