Exclamation black marsh terrapin and yellow bellied terrapin

hi does anyone know if its possible to put a black marsh terrapin hatchling in the same tank as a yellow bellied terrapin hatchling??

This is not a good idea!
Do you know what actual species your Black Marsh Terrapin is?
This common name is given to several species, which occur in Africa, and South East Asia. The Asian species (Siebenrockiella crassicollis), which was quite commonly imported a few years ago, from the Asian Food markets, is now highly threatened, and is subject to both CITES regulation and also is actively being placed into captive breeding progammes in Europe.
If it turned out to be an African species (Pelusios spp), it too is a tropical species which really has different requirements to the YBS.

I dont have a black marsh turtle, I was thinking about getting one. But thanks for the advice. think im gonna go for a red bellied terrapin to partner my yellow bellied terrapin.

red bellied terrapin will suite your yellow belly they need the same setup

Again, this is from 18 months ago. Although the OP did get a Red Bellied it was sadly very ill, and we never heard the outcome.

As I said previously, there are dates on the posts
