Tortoise found in Walsall area LOOK PLEASE HELP

Last night i had a phone call about a tortoise that was found in the brownhill area of walsall, on the old railway line near clayhanger.
The lady could not keep him in her garden as she has two large dogs.
Therefore i went to collect him
He is a adult male VERY OLD.
He is currently enjoying running around in a sectioned off part of my garden.
I am therefore looking for his owner.
His shell tells me he is very old and his previous owner could have had him for many years
Before anyone contacts me thinking 'oh i'll just say its mine for a free tortoise' think again
I will want proof that is his yours, pictures, descriptions and will want to vist you.
If anyone has heard of someone losing a old tortoise in the walsall /west midlands area please let me know.
