Another New Arrival :)
I got my first horsfield tortoise (Tom) about a month ago and he has settled in brilliantly
 I then decided to buy another horsfield from the same place and same group of hatchlings (well theyre not hatchlings anymore) about a week after I bought Tom so I did I have quarentined him in another table for three weeks now and he is ready to move in with Tom He is gorgeous I will post some pics later and I have decided to name him Jerry

I hope they were from a breeder and not a shop
 As three weeks quarantine is not enough if brought from a shop

They are from a shop but through a breeder, I think ive posted this quite a few times on a number of posts

Its just a pity you couldnt buy direct from the breeder, you would know exactly the history.
Its just most breeders dont/wont sell to shops, as firstly they dont usually care for tortoises as well as breeders, and the shops have to make a profit so the breeder would have to sell well under their price they would get from selling privately. Selling privately is usually well below shop prices. But if your happy thats fine.
