Lights/light holders
Guys can somebody please advise me as to which bulb and holder is best. I have an indoor cage.

for my horsfield i use:
Exo Terra SolarGlow Mercury Vapour Lamp 160w- Heat and UVB in one and the clamp is Exo Terra Glow Light Porcelain Clamp Lamp I got this in the large size to help with the air circulation and such i believe. lol. I know your hermanns shouldn't need anything else different with regards to lighting. (not advertising for these companies, its just where i bought the items from  )
