i was lookin on ebay and there isnt much difference between buying there and from an online shop or reptile shop near you plus im not too keen not knowing how long the light has been in use etc. best to get a new one if you can afford it and then you know its lifespan!?

dont be too worried about the basking. i posted a while ago about my girl not basking and only sitting hight in the ater but i think tht is enough for her as she seems happy enough to do so and pehaps as said before she might be basking when your not there then jumpin in as son as she heard footsteps!? i often hear a splash as i enter the room!

This guy is obviously a shop or something, he keeps relisting this, starting at 99p with free postage. I've not seen any of them end at more than about a tenner. You just have to look hard and you'll find bargains

I definitely wouldn't recommend buying a used one, the lifespan is short enough as it is!

£12 is not a bad price, better than most shops online or high street, once in a while someone starts selling them cheaper though and then I stock up on a few.
