Talking See my Turtle

Hello Guys, got my Turtle the day, No name as off yet but Sheldon is cool (hope Trillian dont mind ) He is so so so Tiny.

http://img696.imageshack.us/img696/8982/s8300966.jpg
only got the one pic, i had to rush of to work and now he in the tank which is covered in greenery and the camera is not picking him up proper.

He is so tiny i dunno what or how to feed him. I have Frozen Prawns, theyt kinda big so will have to cut them, but do i just drop it in and hope he eats it or wat?

My Filter also arrived, it is massive, its the 2217 eheim, never thought it would be that big. Any idea on what Media to use? i have all the foam pads and alphagrog coming soon but any other good media and if so where to get and if you have links plz post it

One other thing, anyone know how to set up the filter properly? im likely to mess it up sumway.

They really respond well to food that moves, until recently I was feeding my hatchlings with Mossie larvae which they went mad for, but now it's got cold that's hard to find. So once a week I give them a pack of live bloodworm, and some daphnia which I can still get from the pond, they also get tiny strips of defrosted trout, I use a pair of long nosed tweezers and wiggle it in front of them. They take pellets quite happily now too so I give them broken up ReptoMin sticks, but I have to do it one bit at a time as they quickly lose interest if it's just floating around.

The media you've ordered for the filter is fine, no need for anything else, did you get taps with it? If you did then you can use them to restrict the flow while the turt and tank are small, otherwise it could have problems with the strong current that such a powerful filter will create.
