Default What is your Torts Favourtie Weed/Food

Hey guys ,as im sure you have read plenty of my threads or posts ,im again asjing for more advice. Basically/any weeds in my Garden be bypassed by Jenny, so im hoping you can tell me your Torts favourite weed and if i can grow them i will try her on them and not give her anything until she starts to eat them, i sure know how stubborn Hermanns are.

my horsfields favourite right now, is a dark orange chrysanthemum flower head. I have bright yellows which he will pick at if its there but this darker orange is always the first he goes for. I got mine from B&Q, washed, allowed to weather, they now it in my nans back garden lol.

He also likes his salad days too lol. Tried to give my daughter some this morning, she just turned her head, refused to even look at it lol.

If you sow your seeds in a large pot, cover the top, then water, cover with some sort of plastic/glass then put in a sunny sheltered spot in the garden. They will grow.
Growing seeds in a centrally heated house is difficult, as most over water, then they go mouldy.

The key to growing your own weeds in your windowsill, is to water once maybe twise a week. If mine start to droop then i give them a bit of water not much. I have great success grwoing weeds in my windowsill

All my tortoise love flowers, especially Mallow. My next door neighbour has a huge tree and it grows onto my side im still picking flowers off it now

My young tortoises get fed weeds i grow myself through winter
Here are my weeds
