Help converting my vivarium

Hi Guys,
I want to convert my vivarium to give my tortoise more room to play. I was going to build a 6ft by 6ft run and take the glass off the front of the viv. Will i need another UV light? and possibly heat lamp? It will be in a stable outside.

Sound's great.
I would imagine that if it is going to be outside then you will need additional heating especially over the winter months and whether you need another UV will depend on how big the one you have already is.

Is the stable insulated & heated? If you're going to put your tortoise in there it will need both for definate so could work out really expensive for you electricity wise - would be worth looking at alternatives before you start building something and wasted, time, effort and money. Have a look through the housing sections in the stickys at the top for some ideas
