All I can think of is what you've already tried. Cutting it up really finely and mixing it with things they do like, increasing the amount of grass gradually, when they start eating it. Or, you could maybe try offering only grass, nothing else at all? If they're hungry, they will eat it, then they may be happier to eat it along with the weeds afterwards. They may well be eating some of it, but they prefer the weeds. This is why offering only grass for a while may help.
I've never had to do it though, someone else may give you better advice ![]()
