Use clamp lamps, clamped to the side of the tank pointing down to the basking area

You can use exo terra clamp lamps, or similar styles. You'll find them on any online rep shop, or indeed in any rep shop local to you.

You can also use clamp on desk lamps, as long as they are rated for at least 60w, can take reflector spotbulbs and are made from metal (plastic ones will melt with the bulb being on so much, and can usually only take 40w anyway). The ones that have a 'shade' that is positionable are good. Like this

I just pulled this off google images, I dunno if that particular one is metal or plastic, but this is the style that works well, being moveable.

I use the exo terra medium clamp lamps they cost about 15-20 quid from pretty much anywhere that stocks rep stuff they also glow when you switch them off so doesnt go dark straight away

Oooh how many have you got? Don't want to step on joe's toes, but I could do with a couple of them, if you have enough

Exo Terra Clamp Lamps are good, but whatever you use make sure you have a RCD fitted in case of accidents, this is essential with any electrical equipment used around water.
