Black Knobbed Saw back (Graptemys nigrinoda) are from the extreme south of the USA, in Alabama. I would have thought, whilst not a problem outside for the best of a UK Summer, this species would not be suitable for overwintering outside in the UK climate.
As for sharing accommodation with European Pond Turtles, possibly not the best choice of species together.
