Default Torts and lizards living together

A couple of weeks ago i went to the Welsh Mountain Zoo and they had diff breeds of torts and lizards living with each other is this ok?

In a huge enclosure (such as those in zoos) where the two species can escape each other and have all their individual needs met it is ok. However, most people cannot provide this at home so it's really not advised!

Some people have kept beardies and leopards together as well as hermanns and anoles

it was sort of big i'm not sure what breeds were in there but their we hermanns and horsfeilds and some other breeds of torts

in the pet shop last week i saw a baby hermanns in with a beardie in a regular sized viv! shocker!

Torts and lizards wouldn't co-habit in the wild........also lizards etc can pass on pathogens to tortoises so this is an extremely risky practice for both reptiles involved and should be avoided.
