How do you guys grow your weeds in the spring and summer?

I just bought alot of weeds and flower seeds of sarah, im wondering if i have to plant them in a certain way or can i just sprinkle them over my garden? Is this what you all do or do you just grow them in pots? I have tried and failed loads of times growing them over christmas, with all the weeds etc growing spindly and useless. Tried growing them outside (Bad weather) tried growing them in my enclosure (Spindly) covered them in plastic, damp set in. I have been feeding my tort a mix of food, florette salad leaves, some kale, and whatever weeds i can find in my garden which is bascially dandelions and plaintain but there not much around now and it snowed again last night and i dont like feeding her on supermarket rubbish.

Maybe clear and rake a small patch in a corner somewhere? Then spread the seeds fairly evenly over it. They'll probably do better there than fighting their way through all the other plants.

Sow some in and around the garden, and some in pots to leave to go to seed. Then you will have the seed from these for next year

I have a little square patch that I use for the torty food and also use pots as well. Dont treat them too kindly mind as they seem to thrive on bad gardening more (I do very well cos Im crap in the garden!!!)
