papers??
when you but a tortie should they all come with papers or just some?

Some should, not all though. It's the seller's responsibility to provide paperwork, it's not a crime to have a protected tortoise without papers, but it is a crime to sell it.

its always best to find out whether your intended species should have paperwork or not for example hermans, spurs do but horsfeilds don't.
