I know nothing of turtles/torts, but wouldn't feed them to any animal regardless. They're usually made up of pollock, minced, had a few binders and sugars added, then squashed into a stick for and coloured and soaked in preservatives. Unless they're the generic brand ones...in which case they're even worse .
The generic brand ones are usually made up of surimi or similar.

I replied this morning too, but it looks as though my reply got wiped with all the rest!
They're made from white fish, flavouring, and food dye, no trace of crab in them at all! They're not good for turts any more than any other saltwater fish is.
