Turtle or terrapin?

Well they say there's no such thing as a stupid question so here goes-

Is a musk terrapin the same animal as a musk turtle?

Myself and my mum have been considering getting some musk turtles and I have found someone advertising their musk terrapins for sale. As far as I can tell from the photo they provided they are exactly the same thing, just called terrapins instead of turtles, but appearances can be deceiving!
