He wouldnt tell me anything, just stalled me and said he would post something on paypal in a few hours and reported me to ebay for harassment of his staff due to the multiple messages.....
some result.
I have never dealt with a more awkward and badly organised company, if they just sent a message when first asked with the tracking details this wouldnt have gone so far.
Either way I feel numb and just annoyed that this has cost me so much and for nothing, if some one reports me for this post saying naming and shaming then fine as I honestly give up, this has been nothing but stress and agro and starting to regret getting turtles in the first place considering the costs its led to, £100 is not enough you need atleast £200 for turtles if not more, either way I wont be buying any more equipment or stuff other than food for them cause this is beyond.
Just so depressed with this ontop of everything else thats happened this month just want to curl up and cry.
I think we've all been been messed around like that at some point. That's just life for you. All you can do is take a deep breath and carry on. I got banned from shopping at an online store once for complaining that the item they sent me was not the same one pictured on the website that I thought I was buying. The managing director actually phoned me in person to tell me to eff off and to never use his store again.

Go and watch your little turtles swimming around and then tell me you still regret getting them. You can't help but

If you want a good rant feel free to drop me a pm. I'm in a similar situation to you, I'm a full time carer myself.

if you havent recieved the item paypal will always find in your favour. Keep all emails and information and as soon as you can open a paypal dispute - they will withdraw the money from the seller and put it in your account. It might take a little while as they will want to talk to both party, but as long as you have used paypal and not recieved your item they will find in your favour. They will only give you the money back that they can get from the sellet though - however a business with a paypal account should be easy to get the cash from.

If you use your credit card to pay you are also covered by them so if you have nothing in your paypal account and the money is paid to paypal via a cc then your cc company also covers you.

It is a pain but chin up - it will get sorted

Thank you so much guys for the support, I am just so tired its unbelievable, my puppy was sick all last night because my grandad gave him cheese, left the cooker on and then for his finale left pippa our elderly dog in the livingroom all night.

Luckily she was good and slept on the sofa but if she had peed on their stupid expensive carpet I would have been on my hands and knees scrubbing it.

I did watch the turtles and dont regret it just frustrated, also was worried my gran might be mad about ending up with two tubs, her response was "ah fk it can always put my fish in one." sometimes i just love her she maybe utterly mental both of them losing their marbles but they sure can make me laugh.

Showed gran leonardo she loved her said she was a bit scary looking I then noticed Leonardo had her mouth slightly open, when I saw showed I mean showed my gran her basking not stupid enough to yank her out of the pond.

Did they tell you why your laguna didn't arrive?

Have you shown us any close up pics of your turtles yet for confirmation that they are actually what you think they are? We see a lot of YBS on here that turn out to be Cooters.
