Great competition and great shop people.

Very helpful and a large range of reps (especially liked the day gecko)

Vivs come in a huge choice of finishes, some of the best Ive seen.

Have registered for the comp, fingers crossed.

shouldnt have beech chippings in a beardie setup it can cause impaction and give you a very large vet bill

use fablon or calci sand when they are 6 mnths or older ?

Hi Kizza

Substrate is definately one of those issues that will always be controversial. We have seen the pros and cons of every type of substrate that has been around over the past 15 years and base our advice on that.

Everybodies own personal experiences will naturally always be different so have different views which is great. As we have found woodchip to be the safest, we keep 90% of our own animals on it without problems.

It's definately a topic I love talking to people about and gaging their experiences and opinions. The more experience we can all draw upon means everybody can make a more informed choice.

Would definately like to hear what everybody else uses and how they find it so please comment below.

Thanks Kizza

Gary
