Popped in today.
From a newbie aspect, the staff are friendly and very helpfull, nothing seemed too much trouble when I asked questions etc, also, what I found impressive was the care of the reptiles, all looked clean and healthy, and the owner said if you see anything wrong with the reptile welfare / setup, feel free to correct him. 10/10.
