Following recent resolutions of incidents reported on this forum last week Petwheels is again up and running.

I have to inform you that for the protection of both parties, i am at liberty to record any phonecalls made to and from the telephone number in my signature!

Any bookings made before Tuesday will be guaranteed delivery before Christmas!

I'm not having a go, just saying in case you didn't know...

If you are going to record a call you have to inform the person at the very beginning of the phone call otherwise it's no good.

That being said..

We've used spirit and she was great.

The law has actually changed regarding this, if you record someone you dont have to tell them first and the contents of the call will stand up as evidence in cout.
I know this as i taped a lot of phone calls during this nasty divorce of mine, and some of them have been played in court, the judges said theres nothig wrong with doing it now.

Thanks for that. I`d read something along the lines of you can record any phonecall you want for whatever reason, but if its used as evidence in court you need to show that the other party was aware.

Either or, i don`t have to inform people that their phonecalls are recorded and kept on record. It is more to cover myself on places like this rather than a courtroom, but you never know i guess

I would be very upset if somebody recorded my calls to them without notifying me. Bad business indeed. Much better to make it clear in the sig as spirit has done.

I've used Spirit and wouldn't hesitate again, 1st class service, door to door on the same day!
