Default Rodney's Ticks

Hi all

We aquired a snake last week,I was told by my friend that he had found a tick on his head and so he removed it and then treated Rodney and the viv with a spray .

Last Wednesday he was ready to come home as my friend said that they hadn't found anymore ticks

I have just got him out of his viv after leaving him to settle in and low and behold found a moving scale, strange on closer inspection it was a bloody tick so I safely removed it making sure that the mouth came out also and decided to do a close inspection, anyway to stop boring you after my Husband had had a good look aswell I pulled a total of 15 ticks off him and we are now pretty sure he is free of them.

My question is what can we use to treat him to make sure ??

Thanks
