El Salvador Dwarf Boa caresheet needed

Hi guys,
I'm looking to getting a '09 El Salvador dwarf boa but I cant seem to find any caresheets or factsheets anywhere for this particular species.
I would like to know how big they get (in girth and length), the enclosure they need, temperature and humdity.

I will be greatly appreciated for any help i get
