Question wormers

Hi everyone!
I would like to ask a few things about wormers. I bought the 'Beaphar wormer small' and I figured out what quantity I need to administrate to my python, although could someone tell me how and when exactly should I give it to her? should I just put the seringe down her throat or do something special? Should I do it between meals or just before, or with the food? I now that this question must sound silly but I don't want to make any mistakes.
Thanks!

Wormed a few snakes with Panacur + Flagyl, including a Anaconda which had quite a large infestation of tapeworm, cleared it right up.

With the above compounds I simply measured them in the syringe (in the desired ratios for reptiles) and injected into a prey item. Remember to repeat after two weeks. Personally had no negative effects with Panacur / Flagyl, maybe a runny crap with a expulsion of worms, but nothing to suggest the chemicals themselves were hazardous to the treated snakes, but ultimately they are poisons so seek vetinary advice.

ok thanks. do you think I should get her poo tested and then go to the vet? maybe it would be better if he/she gives her the meds. She has had runny poo for a few weeks now, do you think it's serious?

Depends, nobody can do an internet diagnosis of the animals health but runny poo doesn't sound good. Sometimes it's glaringly obvious, like my Anaconda had tapeworms and I could see them wriggling in the crap, I'm fortunate enough to know the vet so did a course of Panacur and Flagyl without getting fecals done. In your situation I'd definitely recommed getting its crap analysed to know exactly how to treat it.
