lost one of my milk snake hatchlings that i bought from the doncaster show, was missing for 4 days, within 20mins of making some of these bottle traps and laying them down next to gaps in skirting board id caught the little bugger. :2 thumb:

its a gud idea n just tryin it out. seen a few posts on ere with ppl sayin it works. does this idea really work n how many attempts were made untill the snake was caught.

Can someone explain please, how can't the snake escape if it's only a bit of carrier bag in the way? I've just lost one of my hatchling corns and want to make one of these.

because when the snake enters though the trap entrance (the plastic bit) it "shuts" behind him and even the most sneakiest snake could not get back out I have caught one of my baby corns through this design of trap and works very well
