it is a type of albino, often referred to as blonde albino. basically (im going with boa's as an example)
t- is the commonly found form, in boa's kahl and sharp boa's are t- t+ boas are the caramel or blonde albino boa's, and generally show a significantly differed phenotype - often not looking all that albino at all!
